Team PRO meets the PCMC commissioner.

Recently our team met with the commissioner of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Dr. Shekhar Singh. PCMC scored the highest points to retain its number-one position among all 27 municipal corporations of Maharashtra, in the City E-Governance Index. We congratulated the corporation's consistent efforts towards improving its e-governance. The team had a very healthy discussion with Dr. Singh and the other officers about overall e-governance, and areas of improvement for the PCMC. Also, he suggested some valuable additions for the index next year.

We are very happy with the overall positive approach of the administration and its willingness to cooperate with civil society to improve its functioning.
